Six ways of knowing
Every claim on this site, in the Signal, the Codex, anywhere, carries one of these labels. That is the whole discipline: name what kind of thing a statement is before you believe it.
- 01 Established Science Tested, replicated, and accepted by the relevant field.
- 02 Mathematical Concept A formal structure that is internally true, whatever its physical reach.
- 03 Open Problem A real, unsolved question at the edge of what can be proven.
- 04 Brand Metaphor A figure of speech this project uses, labelled as such, never as fact.
- 05 Poetic Equation An expression that carries feeling, not a measurement.
- 06 Speculative Lens A way of looking that may illuminate. Held with humility, not asserted.
